I'm not reporting an offensive name, but I would like you to check a player. I don't know if this is the place to report it and I didn't want to make different post to report someone for cheating in case it's not true. I tried to write you a message but I couldn't. Do you think I should write his name here or we should continue via DMs?

I didnt get refunded completely, somehow i lost 11Euros. From what I have seen, i got refunded for 9 Sngs while I was playing 10 when the application crashed. I talked with the ”live chat” and they couldnt fix it but they will send the problem to more qualified people and will get back to me via e-mail. Nothing until nou. 

The IDs of the Sngs I played are mention on page 6 in this thread. If I can help with more informations, just let me know.
