Hi, I was playing a €25 heads up earlier when the servers crashed or whatever happened... Spent about an hour trying to get back on before seeing on Twitter that Unibet admitted an issue and it was their fault. Just got back in after work to find I was presumably timed out... Don't want to seem rude here but it's not acceptable for live chat to give a copy and paste templated answer saying no compensation will be given. I'll happily accept bonus points or a tournament tickets to the same value, I certainly don't think I should be left out of pocket Thanks
