1)Hand id: 1201982270 qualifier €5 ticket, buy in was €1 ( I think) Got blinded out - finished in 14th place -no compensation. 2)Hand id: 1201934560 - qualifier €10 ticket ( buy in €2, rebuy €2) I used 2 €2 tickets ( buy in + add-on/rebuy). Compensation was €0.26, I asume cause I had really short stack at the moment you cancelled the tournament. I want to be refunded buy in and rebuy. The compensation is based on my place in the tournament at the time you cancelled it(16:36:36) but I wasnt able to log in the app since 16:01:53( hand id:1201934560) , so of course I had a short stack when other players were stealing the blinds. I’m unhappy about how a tournament went on while I got disconnected multiple times: €600 Moonwalk (17.04.2020) At 14:40:33 hand id (1201086890): Got dealt pocket 10s. Went all in ( or at least tried, because I looked at the history and apparently it didnt go through cause I got disconnected) At 14:40:48 hand id (1201087164) got reconnected. I was all in. But I had different cards (pocket 7s -> I got that from looking at the tournament history) I got busted, finished the tournament on 14th place and won €18.48 I’m really unhappy with how things went considering that I had quite a stack (54k), and was “in the money” before all the problems started, and I think anyone in my position would be pissed off
