Guess this is mostly meant as a warning to all you Unibet players out there. If you win big, pray that Unibet is not the site you do it on. 

I have pending payouts now which is up to 12 (!) days old. After a few days I needed to contact them myself to know what was wrong. They asked for some pictures of my card. I sent it right away and then I've been waiting for 7+ days since I sent that. The last 3-5 days I have been in contact with livechat, but according to them they can't manually approve cards. Furthermore, they deny to give contact information on a senior to solve the problem. Other sites solve this issue within 1-2 minutes, approving manually. I have spent several hours here without getting a single step further. 

This has to be the worst customer experience I have had in 15+ years of online gambling. I wonder how long time they will drag this case....
