I have received these 4€ tickets tournaments for my first registration however it is expiring in 2 days and I haven't been able to exchange them into 1€. First it took me a few days to get the rights to post on the forum to request exchange access, now I am waiting for the access and then only I can exchange them into 1€...? And the tickets are expiring in 2 days! The process is so complex and long to benefit from this offer while the expiry date is short. Is there a way to extend the expiry date or do something about it? Thank you
