HI  @RayL , the problem is it fixed? Because nothing happened, it's the same situation. Even the 10 free spins from the yesterday tournament which i won (185 position ) , i didn't receive. So what can you do about this? Is it pointless to play tournaments , win someting and didn't receive your prize, don't you think ?

And i can't claim the cash free spins. This is not to big deal but every time when i tried to claim a bonus nothing hapend. Every time the same mssege " Right now there are no bonus offers available.
