Hello.

Last night I played around 2 hours and didn't receive any key to open the boxes. I also had several flop containing a 2,3,4,5. I was 4-tabling today and in my profile it shows "0 flops seen today". Can you maybe help me with this problem? I'm also not sure if I've received points to clear my 500€ bonus.

I accidently set one of my replies as an accepted solution. Still would like to return the tickets back to bonus points. Now I know what I have to do. Just buy a 100€ NL25 ticket. That should be the way to go. Shame on me ;)

I've got a question concerning cash game tickets. Let's say I play NL25 and if I buy 1 Cash Game Ticket for NL25, I get 25€. If I start losing money, let's say 7euros, then my balance is only 18€ at the table. But I always wanna rebuy to 25€. If I buy 2x NL25 ticket, I'm gonna get 2 separate 25€ tickets. My goal is to get like 100€ in cash game tickets so that I can rebuy a few times and my balance is always the max. buy-in at the table.

-> How can I do it? Is it possible? What if my 100€ drop under 25€ (I lost over 3 buy-ins in a row) then my ticket balance is lower than 25€, what can I do then?

-> The 100€ NL100 tickets are only available on NL100 right?

Maybe I didn't get it right. If I buy let's say a 100€ ticket for NL100 is it possible to use this ticket on NL25? I thought that you can just use these tickets only on the stake you bought them for (for example 25€ ticket for NL25, 100€ ticket for NL100).

at the moment I've got 2 Cash Game Tickets for NL25. In fact I can't rebuy my Cash Game Ticket at the table. So if I lose money at the table, say 6€, I can just play with 18€ at the table. I would like to rebuy to 25€ otherwise these tickets don't really help me. Is it possible to rebuy? Or is it maybe possible to exchange these tickets back to bonus points? (One of the tickets is already in use with a balance <25€ I don't know how to handle this one.)... Thanks for your help and sorry for these circumstances.
