I recently won a €1 Poker Fever ticket but I don't see a €10 biket in the lobby :/ I noticed in the lobby that it can no longer be used for other tournaments with the same buy-in as last time.

In 8 days the ticket expires and after going to the "tickets" tab, when I try to check what tournaments I can register for, nothing is shown and in this case there should be a chance to change it to a €1 tournament ticket, because why could I win a ticket if I can't use it, so I don't understand the situation :D

I was about to create a new topic and write what I think about Unibet at the moment, but I noticed that you don't like it either, so I decided to write back in your topic.

Now about Unibet...

I can't remember the last time I received a free bet, free spins or bingo voucher and this is a very frustrating situation for me because on various forums people write from time to time that they received free spins from you and these are players who have not made any deposit over half a year ago or within 3-4 months... 👺

I understand the policy of bookmakers and casinos who, to tempt the player to come back again, add m free spins or a free bet but in relation to me it is not right ;)

By the way, you're probably one of the max. 5 sites who for the Easter holidays than donated. No free bet, no free spins on some festive slot, no bingo voucher or a lousy freeroll with a token sum...

Really Unibet is so stingy with its loyal players that even for Easter you weren't able to add those measly 5fs to users or do some freeroll ehh 😐

I wonder why I made the last few deposits to you and why I came back since the last time was probably half a year ago when I received free spins in the form of a bonus. I'm not talking about some free bet or bingo voucher because it's been impossible for you for a very long time. 

I'm wondering more and more whether not to share the situation and negative opinion about you on several forums and portals evaluating bookmakers / casinos.

I can't believe it finally happened and there is some kind of freeroll for community users 😅  I don't know who is behind it or if @Livertool or @Stubbe-Unibet but I am impressed and may God reward you in children 🤪

The best thing is that if I hadn't remembered about the Polish Fever ticket, I would have missed this tournament but I was angry because I felt that I missed it and that's what happened hehe luckily I had another surprise 😉 Amen .

Unibet is very lame with the approach to its players, on the forum or in the chat;)

 Ticket for 1c, or not for 1c, but if you do not have time to play manually adding junk tickets, then as I wrote above you should come out with some minimal initiative, but for what? It's best to get rid of users quickly 👌

Free or not free, but how can you write about a local problem if you can see, for example, the users who wrote the posts in the topic and we are not from the same country, let alone mention the region .....

Finally, I would like to add that in the morning I contacted the unibet chat informing them about the problem and the first 2 agents simply disconnected without giving me an answer.

Knowing Unibet and the fact that they had such a problem before, they will probably fix it not earlier than in the afternoon: D

Everything in the options regarding offers or marketing is set as needed, and when they appeared in the lobby special freeroll than no one time I receive ticket for 250 € and no writing about special freerolls with highed prizepool.

Hello gentlemens. Also, I am disgusted with this situation and already thought that I really got a bonus from unibet. I accepted it and wanted to place a bet and suddenly the bonus is gone; / I think that if the bonus was accepted it should be awarded (I would understand if someone would not accept it, then ok) and not canceled and those who managed to be lucky and that's it .

The best thing in my case, however, is that I have been helping my sister at home for a long time and I came home every day at 7 pm - 8 pm and yesterday I had to help a little longer, because today they came to put paving stones and I came back after 10 pm.
