    Welcome to the community, @Gchan!

Tuesday next week we got the monthly release going out, and this is one of the issue which should be fixed in this new version :)

@waffel, I'm really sorry, but even if we wanted to, we simply can't do anything in these cases. It'd be considered promotional spend by the Belgian regulator, and thus it's in violation of the local laws in your country :(
  4. Stubbe-Unibet's post in August mission problem (again) was marked as the answer
Hey @WileyHack, please remember the timezone is UTC, as mentioned in your other thread: https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/Help-Support/August-mission-problem-again/m-p/345211#M13527

You did not play a SNG on the 20th, hence it'll say just one day. Again, there hasn't been any technical issues with any of your missions; they all work exactly as designed.

I'll make one last exception for you and complete this mission. Please remember the UTC timezone aspect :)

Hey @WileyHack :) just want to stress that there're no technical issues at all. Everything is working as per design. That being said, some things could be a bit more clear.
We made an exception yesterday and completed the mission for you, even though you didn't actually complete it. As it was mentioned in the thread, your allin needs to be called (and you need to be covered by villain calling you), to be considered all-in.

In this case you didn't play any qualifying tournament on the 12th. The timezone is UTC, as indicated by the expiry date in the mission view. We're aiming to make this more clear with the redesign going live in September :)

    Did you do the below?
Make sure that the Unknown Sources option is enabled on your device. In order to this, go to the device Settings menu > Security/Privacy > enable it.

Thank you for the report! This is a known issue which has always been there. It's on the backlog to get it fixed, and given the current priorities we could possibly have this one fixed Q4 or Q1 of next year :)
  8. Stubbe-Unibet's post in Verification account - Withdraw was marked as the answer
@mytyka_81 as far as I can see (again, can't see the actual documents case, only comments), we're still missing one document. We also do account checks upon registration, but I hope you understand why we can't do document requests for every single account upon signup. This shouldn't be in the customers interest either.
An account can never be fully verified. If you move, deposit with a new method etc. etc., additional documents my might needed. Requesting documents upon signup simply wouldn't make any sense, as it's a small minority who actually need to send in documents, so we would be mostly just be bothering a lot of customers for no reason, and for the ones who'd later be asked to send in credit card, bank statement, paypall etc., they'd have to do so anyway, and I believe it's better to get it all handled at once.
Withdrawals will sometimes trigger document requests, but it can happen at any time really and for a lot of different reasons. Sometimes we're legally required to request documents upon withdrawals.
