Happy New Year! We still see people at the table that they are loosing wi-fi connection and (a wi-fi sign appears by their name blinking) they fall asleep. This has happened to me as well. After a while I became reconnected. Some time I had to log in to be able to play again/continue to play. I have also noticed that people can use the emotion signs but they are indicated as asleep by the system. This situation applies to people who are not in free roll game as well but has paid for playing. Regards Topcat

For a couple days ago I wrote about connection trouble at all sort of poker tables. The person who will comment the topic please go to a poker table and observe what is happening. I know of a person who also have noticed the same problem using a brand new computer and have knowledge about IT. I wanted to logg in to community. Hi, have you players noticed difficulties at the table? When I play, many of the players cant play as they have internet connection trouble. I have experienced it as well. This problem has been on now for weeks. I had a chat with help desk. Told me to reinstall. It was done on a notebook. Made no difference. Were told to refresh flash player... ha ha ha flash player do not run anymore. Is help desk up to date. It does not seems like it.

Something I forgot. You have to ask for permition to exchange first time. Regards Topcat51

If you look at " all tournaments" there is listed what you can actually change your winning into. you have to look every day because UO ticket exchange and UK exchange are listed different days. But it is only tickets you can change into with a lower value. Have nice Christmas Holidays frm Topcat51
