Lots of wasted potential. Still, sort of stalemate.

I did take a nap (problem is that it took two hours to get sleep and after 1 hour of sleep I wanted to continue - played anyway due to tickets). Still have one soon expiring 25€ ticket which expires in 38 hrs - gotta use it for some Bullet latereg or so if find no flip satellites (no ticket from those today, sniff).

After some time with sort of comatose start found my A-Game. 7th place from Bullet for 150€ and some bounties from 100€ PKO and hopefully getting mincash from Supernova so from half a dozen MTTs with few re-entries pretty close to break-even if get mincash from Nova. Got decent chances for a great scores, but not the cigar with these runs. Still, break-even is much better than losing day.

Supernova is still running, bubble did last half a hour so tomorrow gotta come back and hopefully not just to bubble:

Lots of good sleep... though sleep patterns make it challenging for Sunday Session. Sleep by 4 pm yesterday and woke up 5 am today, so gonna be a little stretch. 13 hours of good sleep should make it possible though. Had around 15 hours day before, though my sleep patterns have been moving forward so at least 12 hours awake in-between sleeping period.

Probably gonna play big events today in any case, remaining tikiets running short. 3x 25€ gonna go for lottery sats so 4 of them and prob 100€ events too. Maybe some else too, took some satellites for 50€ tickets. Maybe with stream, maybe with not.

Getting better: Have got nice sleep, and sold some stocks in Friday when Rovio jumped around 40% yesterday in midst of (unlikely to go through) bid to buy company and sold all my shares as think it very likely price will drop when bid fails. It was one of my larger invested stocks in my portfolio so over +10k€ from there in comparison to Thursday. Overall 2023 January so far have covered my losses from 2022 which was pretty hard year for all investors.

Even did read a whole book this week. Maybe even gonna read another today (or at least part of it).

Nice evening with friends, booze, food and chess. Wednesday gonna be free (did sleep very bad last night so hopefully getting lots of sleep).

Last flip says it all pretty much, 0 bounties today (1 from low event which finished 11th) so LB wise also Monday was trainwreck:

It just keeps getting worse. 4 entries to PLO event and 0 bounties. So far over dozen bountyflips and have won exactly ZERO of them (only bounty when opponent pushed against nuts.) Both high events already dead and low events are likely to be without any meaning (15th and even reaching top10 pays very little), so booze and get them done.

Been playing quite well, though last 3 days aggressively hunting bounties as should due to leaderboard. Sometimes you just can't win any flips and cards are completely against you.

Ultra horrible runs today. Bad luck that these ultra bad runs happen during A) high buy-in day with 100€ event and B) when I am pretty much in position where I should flip far more than usually due to LB.

Horrible day, though expected due to variance (out of 500€ buy-ins 300€ went to Supernova and Fight Club). 100€ in form of bounties from smaller ones didn't help a lot. Bad side of variance, hate Sundays.

This is Finland. There's always an option not to work (with less money of course), which I would choose over bad workplace.

I could find better workplace in terms of less stress and more meaning, but pay would suck in comparison to poker (and so would 5 days a week in a job without much change).

On positive note at poker / money games, I mostly get to choose when and where to play. That doesn't take away negatives, though.

Well 700-800 hours isn't full-time, though poker is much more consuming than most other work (no breaks, extra stress etc.). 50€-60€ hourly is pretty much which I from games when I choose them wisely, have been getting about that in average since 2010 or so.

I haven't played much over 1000 hours probably any year except 2016 and 2017, but no need to it (games get bored well before that).

Last scraps of points. 

About half of poker profits during grind came from these, so major factor. Though honestly games did run bad.

2022 results: +40k€ profit (out of which +14k€ during Q4 despite no games in October). Not great result, but with all the shit happening in life this year AND Master's Thesis done it is okay. I guess just 600-700 hours of games this year so good hourly (lazy-lazy).

Probably profit quite evenly distributed from casino games, poker and sportsbooks. Don't follow them separately any more so can't be sure about exact numbers.

Aiming to make +60k€ in 2023 (would be 1000-1200 hours with 50-60€/hour) and finish my Bachelor of Business Administration in 2023 as well (6 courses left). And have fun too.
