    Hello, yesterday (08.09.2019) I won an Unibet Open Package for the first time. I received a ticket, which will expire in 3 days, but there are no tournaments to register with this ticket in the poker lobby. In the description of the tournament is written, that winners will be contacted by the Unibet Open Team within 48 hours. But how will they contact us? Via e-mail or message in my Unibet account? If it is via e-mail I want to tell you here, that I had a problem with my account until today 12:00 CET. If you send me an e-mail before 12:00 I please send it to me one more time. Thanks a lot for the help to all of you!
