Closing a topic

Is there a possibilty to close a topic of that the moderator closes a topic

some exemples :

the 'Share your coupon and get € 50' competition is closed but I can still post there

exchanging tickets for poker. Once the exchange has been done, the topic can be closed.

@AdJag612 I agree, we should close all topics that aren't relevant anymore, such as completed ticket exchanges and finished promotions. Thanks for mentioning the €50 competition topic - I've closed it now. We'll have a look at the ticket board later today and close the ones we've already solved. Unfortunately this option is only available for moderators.
