Used wrong ticket in UOS qualifier

Hi. Last night I played a 5€ UOS qualifier, 1€ buy-in and forgot to select which ticket to use. I had 2 UOS tickets and a 1€ generic ticket that I kept expressly for the mini supernova. Please, can you help me with a ticket exchange? I was left with 2 UOS tickets and one event at this buy-in.

I want to mention that this is not the first time this has happened, I know where i  stand.

It's my fault, but it's very hard for me to remember that I have to select a certain ticket when I'm tired.

Despite the effort, my brain creates the unrealistic expectation that the correct ticket will be withdrawn from my account.
