Top scorer euro 2020

Hi,

Does anyone here know whether the topscorer top 3 market for euro 2020 is treated as "when there is a tie, odds will divided by number of players that tied" or is there a ranking for this market which would mean that there can only be 3 players for the top 3?

I was wondering this since I saw on the Uefa website the following on the top scorer page:

Ranking criteria:Ranking criteria: 1. Goals 2. Assists 3. Fewest minutes played 4. Goals in the qualification phaseNote:ranking only counts completed matches.
