Do I earn bonus points just from rake?

So I know. In MTTs 0.01€ rake turns into 1 challenge points.

 

But bonus points that can be used in bonus shop? Do I only earn these from Challenge Reward-list and 31 days of Christmas. Or do I get bonus points from something else too? How?
