Themong Posted June 14, 2019 Posted June 14, 2019 I played an omaha poker game, and I totally thought that, I have won this game, because I had full house, could you tell me exactly, why I've lost this game?
AndreiBN Posted June 16, 2019 Posted June 16, 2019 Hi @Themong and welcome to the community ,Just so you know in the future, OMAHA has a few different rules than NL you should know about. In PLO, each player must use exactly "2" of his "4" hole cards and exactly "3" of the community cards in making a "5" card hand. So you can not use your QQ9 from your hole cards, you can use only the best 2 hole cards, which are, in this case , the pocket queens. And using 3 cards from the community ones, your best hand in this case was 3 of a kind ( queens ). Your opponent , had a better one, therefore he won.
