  1. AndreiBN's post in betting rules for mixed martial arts was marked as the answer
    Hello @moodym ,
At Unibet , mixed martial arts rules are the same as in boxing , as per T&C :
    "Mixed Martial Arts
    1) Terms and conditions stated for Boxing apply where applicable."
So , here is the section for boxin rules , and i think section C , states that in case of a techinal draw, bets will be voided :
    "9. Boxing :
    a. All offers will be settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body immediately as
declared by the ring announcer at the end of the fight.
    b. For settlement purposes, in case the match is interrupted for any reason in between rounds, e.g.
retirement before the start of a round, disqualification, failure to answer the bell, the fight will be
deemed to have finished at the end of the previous round.
    c. Offers on fights declared as a "No Contest" or "Technical draw" will be settled as void, except for those
offers the outcome of which has been decided prior to the decision and could not possibly be changed
regardless of future events, which will be settled according to the decided outcome.
    d. If for any reason, the number of rounds in a fight is changed, offers which make specific reference to
rounds, such as "Round betting", "Group of Rounds", "Over/Under", "Method of Victory" and “To go
the distance” will be declared void.
    e. For settlement purposes, betting on rounds or groups of rounds refers to a fighter to win by KO
(Knockout), TKO (Technical Knockout), or disqualification during that round or group of rounds. If for
any reason, a points decision is awarded before the full number of scheduled rounds is completed, or a
boxer is disqualified, bets will be settled on the round in which the fight was stopped. Bets which
nominate 'to win on points' will only be deemed winners if the full number of rounds is completed.
    f. For a match to be declared as having been decided by "points", (e.g. the different definition of
"decision"), all scheduled rounds must be completed. All other decisions (e.g. KO, TKO, withdrawal,
submission, disqualification, failure to answer the bell, clash of heads, low blow, etc.) will be settled as
if the boxer has won the fight without the need of a decision, aka "before the bell".
    g. Bets referring to round/fight duration represents the actual time passed in the round/fight, as applicable,
depending on the scheduled round/fight duration. For example a bet on Over 4.5 Total Rounds in a
Boxing fight will be settled as Over once a minute and a half in the 5th Round has passed."
  2. AndreiBN's post in 3 Bets marked as lost was marked as the answer
Hello @Redeem_20  and welcome to the community ,
From what i can see , the one being settled as lost is placed on El Paso to score over 2.5 goals , not the match to have over 2.5 goals in total.
El Paso only scored 2 goals , therefor your bet was settled correct.

When trying to acces the "Help" section from the main site , it pop-up a security warning , like the one in the screensjhot of the OP , giving you the option to "ignore" the security warning or to "acces" unibet.ro . But there is no url on the browser , just empty .

Hello @DavidFrancis10  and welcome to the community ,

    1. Once you accepted the bonus and until the wagering requirements are done , all bets win will stay in the bonus section, regardless if it was below the necessary odds.
    2. Not sure f i got your quetion right , but as soon as you complete the wagering requirments , win or lose doest matter , all the remaining balance will become available as cash.
    3. No need to do it all in a single bet. You can do as many bets as you wish , of course before the bonus expires or your balance reaches 0.
You can always check the bonus terms in detail , when you go to your active bonuses section.

    As per T&C :
"13) For settlement purposes, bets referring to the number of cards shown by the referee will be counted as follows:

    • One yellow and a red = 3
    • Two yellow cards and a red = 3"

  8. AndreiBN's post in Chile primera was marked as the answer
    Hello @Dere ,
Even if this may be very frustrating , when it comes to livebetting , there is always a risk of experiencing some technical issues or a wrong livescore update. But Unibet does not take reponsability for these kind of things , like live streams , incorrect scores , etc. and they always advice players to use 3rd party sites for accurate info.
As you can read from their T&C :
"At all times it is the Account Holder's responsibility to be aware of the match and the events surrounding it such as the current score, its progression and how much time remains before the match is completed. Unibet does not accept any liability for changes to the Livebetting schedule or interruption of the Livebetting service"
  9. AndreiBN's post in Odds was marked as the answer
    Hello @98878108 ,
It was a pre match bet? Cause if this is the case , im affraid your bet on goalscorer will get voided , because the player needs to start the game for the bet to be a winning one. And Haaland was a substitution in this one.
  10. AndreiBN's post in Why cancelled was marked as the answer
@Hellis hello and welcome to the community ,
If these kind of situatons , for your bet to be settled as a winning one , the player you picked needs to be on the starting team. If we gets in the game at a later point , the stakes will be return and bet gets voided.

  12. AndreiBN's post in How do you get a profit boost ? was marked as the answer
    @Nestabear  ,
Profit boosts are offered on a regular basis by the marketing department , depending on the upcoming events. You should check the section of your account every couple of days to see if there is something available for you.
  13. AndreiBN's post in Hello I need info please was marked as the answer
    Hello @Jas ,
After you place a bet that has a cash-out option , and if that event has not started yet , you will NEVER get the full stake back using this feature.
The only thing you can do now is contacting "Live support" and kindly ask them if they can cancel your bet. From what i know , this is not an option you can use multiple times , but it can be done as a one time thing , but even this option is not guaranteed.
Maybe @RayL , @JeppeL or @ReCorpH can do it for you.
  14. AndreiBN's post in unibet is wrong dont pay my bet out was marked as the answer
    Hello @arnaudking ,
From what i can see , your bet is not as you say it is. The bet you place if for the 2nd period of the match to be draw. Which did not happen. So this means that only 2nd period of this match is taken into consideration . Buffolo won the 2nd period , hence your bet is lost.

Hello @FcEmilau and welcome to the community ,
I made a post about the exact same thing yesterday. Please check this thread ( click here ) .
Bascially , for Premier League matches , Unibet ( Kambi , the sports provider platform ) , takes it's official results from premierleague.com . And on their official stats , there is no assist from Nicolas Pepe.

  17. AndreiBN's post in Scorecast was marked as the answer
Hello @ and welcome to the community ,
Unfortunately , according to Unibet's T&C , the rule is this case is as follow :
"Unless otherwise specified, or indicated in conjunction with the bet offer, all other goal-related bets will require the listed player(s) to play from the start of the match to be valid"
  18. AndreiBN's post in Each way was marked as the answer
Hello @Antony and welcome to the community ,
When you place an each way bet, it is best considered as two separate bets.
The first bet is on the horse to win – If the horse wins the race, this bet is won The second bet is on the horse to place – If the horse finishes in the top two (position may vary), this bet is won So if you were to bet €5 each way on a horse to win, your total stake would be €10.  €5 would be on the horse to win, and then €5 would be on the horse to finish in the top two.
1-2 refers to the position the horse needs to finish in for the place bet to win.
If the horse wins the race, then both bets win. The winnings can be calculated by adding the winnings of the two bets together.
If the horse doesn’t win but does place (i.e. finishes in the top two) then your first bet loses, but the second bet to place wins. The winnings can be calculated by taking the original odds and applying the each way fraction.
If the horse doesn’t win and doesn’t come in the top two, then both bets will lose.
  19. AndreiBN's post in Played on Kyrgios to win was marked as the answer
Hello @HBerg , and welcome to the community ,
I assume your bet was Nick Kyrgios to win against Santiago Giraldo , not against Colombia , cause a player can't compete against a country.
If this was the case , than the bet is voided  in a correct manner, as the game between Kyrgios and Giraldo never took place, due to change of nomination. This happens quite frequently in David Cup/Fed Cup matches, where a certain team from a country can change original players from a match-up in the last minute.
So it's just a graphical error with "postponed match". The game did not happen , so that's why your bet was voided ( odds @1.00 )
  20. AndreiBN's post in Bet Swetes FC - Ottos Rangers FC was marked as the answer
Hello @jonathan-caron0  and welcome to the community ,
So far , the only update available for this match is that the game was postponed. It is still unsure until when.

There are a few rules for these kind of scenarios :
"If a match/event is postponed before starting, all bets are voided if the match/event isn't played within 72 hours. If there's an official statement from the governing body, that the match won't be played within the 72 hours then all bets are voided before the period ends."
So as soon as they will have the updates about what will happen to this game , your bet will be either voided ( odds @1.00 ) or maybe it will be played within the 72 hours timeframe , in which case , the bets will stand.
  21. AndreiBN's post in Betting still yellow even game finished was marked as the answer
Hello @hjurcic and welcome to the community ,
If your bet is referring to the match-up between Elle Christensen vs. Shavit Kimchi , you should know that the match is still pending to resume , as it was interrupted due to rain.
Your bet is on the 3rd game of the 2nd set , which has yet still needs to be played in order for your bet to be settled. Current score is : 6-3 ; 1-0 ( 40-40 ) , so you will need to wait untuil the game resumes. Best of luck :)

  22. AndreiBN's post in Substitute was marked as the answer
Hello @Twazzer  and welcome to the community ,
Accordint to the Unibet's T&C , in order for this kind of bet to voided needs that specific player not to take part in the match at all. So if he got substituted during the match , unfortunately think you bet will be settled as lost .
"On offers such as Next Goalscorer, Next Carded player, Next Assist and Man of the Match, stakes will be refunded should the chosen player not take part in the match at all."
  23. AndreiBN's post in Tennis withdrawal was marked as the answer
Hello @Mrbolton  and welcome to the community ,
You can find all the answer by reading this thread  . On Unibet , if one set of game play is completed , and after a player retires , the bets on his opponent will be settled as winning ones, regardless of the score when the retirement happens.
Also , if you wanna contact Live Supoport , you can still do it following the steps as in this tutorial https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/Unibet-how-to-s/Live-chat-How-to-get-in-touch/m-p/167367#M166
But will will just tell you the same thing!
  24. AndreiBN's post in Formula one mexico qualify was marked as the answer
Hello @FormulaQ and welcome to the community.
From Unibet's T&C seems like they take into consideration classification at the end of qualifying sessions and disregard  subsequent promotions, demotions, appeals and/or penalties inflicted after the termination of the session/race which the bet refers to.
So maybe this is the reason why your bet is settled as "lost" , even tho Charles Leclerc will have the pole position now.
Here is the section of T&C that refers to your question :
"Bets are settled according to the publication of live timing and classification as shown on TV at thetime of podium presentations, or at the end of the session/race/event (as applicable). Should theinformation required for the settling of the offer be missing/not shown and/or incomplete, the first official information on the official site will be deemed binding, regardless of subsequent promotions, demotions, appeals and/or penalties inflicted after the termination of the session/race which the bet refers to."
"Time penalties inflicted by the governing Association during the qualifying session(s) will count.Other grid demotions/promotions are disregarded."
It seems like his attiude was a bit annoying so the race commissioners decided to sanction him .
  25. AndreiBN's post in Unfair bet loss ? Wawrinka novak was marked as the answer
    Hi @Keko ,
The difference between those two handicap sets is determined by the facts ( things that can not be change anymore in the game, regardless of future actions ) and assumptions ( high chance things that may happen , but until they are not fully completed, there is no way to get to that 100% certainty ).
While your first bet from the screenshots ( -1.5 set handicap on Novak Djokovic ) is a 100% certainty fact , and in this case any further continuance of play could not possibly produce a different outcome, even if Djokovic would have had a comeback , that bet , with the current score before the retirement happen , would still have been lost.
With the 3rd bet from your screenshot ( -2.5 set handicap on Wawrinka ) it's more based on assumption. It had indeed a very high chance of happening , but possible alterations could affect the outcome of the offer, so therefor , it was settled as void.
You can read more about this and look at some line from T&C of Unibet , which covers your bets as well , in this thread .
And when you say that in a combo bet slip , Wawrinka is settled as "won" , was the bet place of him to win , or what was on it? Cause if it was on him to win the bet, on Unibet , if a set has been played in a match , and a player retires after, regardless of the cuurent score , his opponent is settled as a winner .
