Cash ticket Convert to balance?

Hmm i see a lot of questions about exchanging cash tickets thaths its not avaible anymore, but isnt better to get 49% of the ticket value instantlly? Whats i mean is if u heve lets say 10/25 nl cash ticket or 5/10 then if u buyin at the table for 51% of this amount(10/25 min buyin is 12,5 so buyin for 12,6) and if u lose this amount then u cannot buyin again becouse u got only 12,4 left from the ticket then it converts automaticlly to main balance without any restrictions and u can join any game u wish.
