what is fast hold em?

It is a poker type where all players are in one big pool. When you fold or finish the hand you are automatically dealt into a new hand with random players. Hence the name "fast".

On other sites it is known as zoom/fastforward/snap.

It's a form of online play where when you fold you get reseated at another table where a new hand starts immediatly, so you don't have to wait for the other players to finish a hand you're not playing in.

The advantage is that you're able to play more hands, the disadvantage is that people tend to play much tighter and thus play gets more boring, and that you get different opponents every time and thus can't really adjust to table dynamics so play looses that dimension

Edit: looks like someone beat me to it :smileyhappy:

Do Unibet do one of those "fast fold" type games?

Fast hold em could also refer the blind speed.
Instead of the standard 10 minutes or so, in turbo the blind levels might only be 2/3 minutes.

I think they had it some time ago, but they removed it because the player pool wasn't big enough to keep the game running

That's correct, Andrew explained the reasons for the removal in this topic :)
