Hey, I won a UK Tour ticket last night and it says it will expire in 24h. Not sure what to do since the first stop is Brighton in mid March as far as I know. I'll be attending that one most likely so what do I need to do?

Open the Poker client and click on your Ticket, then it should have a description if it is for a higher level of the "tourney" or something else ;)

thanks, but the ticket is a 220 pound seat for the tour. there is no mtt online that I can use it for and the client doesn't show anything

@fulgencio Dony worry mate, you will get a message in your account ( not an email) in a few days with congratulations and your reg details. Its a bug of sorts thats been around for a long time. Just ignore it.

Getting that congratulations message (in the message section on unibet, on the website) might take a bit longer now since the 2018 schedule probably isn't fully released yet, but don't worry, you will be on the list, the whole ticket in the client thing is just a quirk of how the online tournaments work and doesn't matter at all. You could check back here closer to the tournament date if you get no message just to see if everything is alright with your entry but usually it's fine with no intervention.
