She cant do her work, she should change her work or learn to read and speak finnish if she is going to be in customer service. Never ever have I received such unprofessional attitude and she didnt even help me when I asked to be forwarded to another person in the live chat she just said "If u still have a problem read the instructions" then she left from the chat.
