Hi Newbie type question here.. but why does my bankroll decrease overnight without me even playing..is this because I deposit in GBP and Euro exchange rate fluctuates and thats why ? Just wanted to check im not being charged comission or something else.

Hello All. I was just wanting to know what the meaning of the Exxx numbers are on UOS tournament descriptions ?for example tonight at 19:30 is a 25 euro torny E118... whats E118 refer to ?Its probably pretty obvious once I know lol.. best Regards, M.

hi Im new member..i made a mistake and played neptune 50.qualifierthinking it was a freezeout..my mistake I should have checkec I . won a ticket but torny cancelled..also i do not have sufficient funds for a rebuy..can i change it for another ticket or tickets so i can play tonight ? there is another neptune 50 tomorrow..what happes if that is cancelled..ticket expires tomorrow..ive rang help line they were no help..told me to try this.. live chat no help either . many thanks
