Is it possible to switch the time frame of the bonuses? For example I have a rake 1900 get 190 bonus, but I am sure, i will be not able to complete it in the next 2 weeks. Can i buy a 100 euro bonus and switch it with the rake 1900 bonus, so I can first complete the 100 bonus.

I wanted to make a live bet with my fee bet of 25 euros. However when I made the bet, it gave me a message you can only bet 4.44, which happens sometimes, so I clicked ok, thinking if will take the money from ma balance. However it used my 25 euro free bet, as a 4.44 euro bet. It is obviously not very fair. I want my 25 euro free bet to be restored.

Can you make an exchange tournament for the 250 Supermoon->50 Supermoon qualifier. If you happen to win 3x 250 tickets, its hard to use them in 60 days, if you dont need a reentry or cant play the target event every single time it runs. Unibet live and supernova tickets have a longer expiration date.

Yeah,  2 will disappear. Then you can manually find the tournaments, but in any case you will have to close 2 tables and go on sit out, because you can only play 4 tables at once.

Don't be result oriented, you made the right play. Your opponent actually has around 30% equity preflop, so you will eventually lose sometimes.

Hi, I had a 10 euro supernova ticket, i used it for the tournament at 03.21 23:35, but it didt start and I did not get my ticket back beacuse it expired by then. I tried to adress this issue to the live chat, but it was pretty hopeless. I hope I can get a resolution here. Thanks.

Hi, can you please explain the bonus points multiplier reward? What does 20400 for example mean? You get that much bonus points on top of the level reward? For example I reached level 7 and got 40000 bonus points level reward, but I did not get 20400 points for sure.
