I know they normally are, I was super surprised that when I won them, that they were scheduled for Wednesday evening… but they were!!! Maybe someone initially entered the date wrong… someone at Unibet would know whether this was the case. I look forward to hearing from a mod.

Hi there, I'm hoping my June mission special tickets can be changed to July ones - otherwise it would seem my time playing here has come to an end. I had alarms set for today (as strangely the Mission Special Tournies were on a Wednesday not a Sunday). I've logged on today and they've already been played!! Surely if you're going to move when a tourny is played, you have to go later not earlier?!!!! Beyond frustrated with your cashing out process, and now this 😞

Careful everyone when unlocking Serbia, the description really isn’t clear. The 3 MTT’s need to be played on the same day or your counter goes back to 0. Completed my 3rd at 00:07 🤪

Hi Andy What happens with regards to challenges? I was on 3rd day of ‘carousel play’ (part 5 of July missions). Simply needed to play an MTT. Was registered to play the Unibet Live €50 qualifier with a €10 ticket at 20:25 but the tournament was ‘manually cancelled’. Thereafter, I tried to play a couple of €2 tickets at 21:25 & 22:25 (same again). Will be super frustrated to have to start Carousel Play again (I despise Hexapros) but even more frustrating than potentially having to re-do those 2 days, is that my €10 ticket expired today. My buy-in hasn’t really been refunded, I was returned an expired ticket 🤪 Any help would be appreciated. KR, Cris

One of the bits of part 5 is cash in two MTT's on two separate days within 7 days. Yesterday I cashed in a €1 DSO qualifier, today I cashed in a €0.20 UO qualifier and yet my counter still says 1/2. Obviously it's not a huge amount of money but nevertheless, they're tournies I've wasted my time playing (that I wouldn't have if not for the €10 Hexapro ticket). Furthermore, the €1k & €3k tickets for completing the missions are to ridiculously fast, luck fest tournies.... I too am done with the missions. Waste of time (particularly if their 'counters' don't work properly). :(

Hi Ray Thank you for coming back to me. My understanding was that a bet needed to be above €10 (which is currently circa £8.70) - I’ve always just done £9 to be safe and it’s triggered a ticket (instantly) many times. I guess it would be handy to have some clarity on this going forwards. Will look out for the next one on settlement if that’s the new system. KR, Cris
