I wanted to play a freezeout tournament for the March mission, I used the filter Freezeout and played something from there "Qualifier to Unibet Open €25 4 TIX, but it didn't work, that's not a freezeout tournament, it's a mistake, that's a Rebuy tournament and not only that, almost every other Unibet Open qualifier is not a freezeout, yet they all appear when using the freezeout filter (green, not red).

You need to play the Omaha the day after you played Holdem.

If you played Holdem on 27 February, then you need to play Omaha cash game on 28 February.
For you, 28 February doesn't count from 00:00, it counts from 01:00 because Unibet is on a different timezone. You can see it in the down right corner of the picture.

When you play Omaha cash game, you need to reach 10 flops. Count them.

It didn't want to go all-in

This was on 7 Jan, I'm reporting it now.


I pressed the All-in button and then I bet. Somehow it didn't register my exact command. I didn't even know you can bet in 0.1BB increments, I don't do it or have a need for. At least it's a cool bug, having a safety net.

Maybe because Smoke_Haze was not online and there was no point in letting me bet the full amount ? It just made a bet equal to mafioso77777's stack.
Obviously, I'm not that bothered by this bug, but if this helps Unibet have a better platform and I make some contribution, as seldom as I do, here it is.
I'm happy with Unibet, I don't usually get bugs.

Players won't tell how they got the ticket because they don't want to share the prize.
Or they don't know what they did to get it.

Those who know the rules to get the ticket (maybe those who work for Unibet) I think are not allowed to tell the audience, maybe because the whole purpose was to have a more exlusive/private experience, otherwise it would just be like the regular daily freeroll for 750 players, but with a bigger prize pool.

I noticed this bug several times since many days.
The timer above the table disappears.
I think this happens right after a new blind level. And sometimes the last 30 seconds of the level, the timer is displaying correctly.
I'm too busy playing the game to notice the right pattern. It might not even be a pattern.

The facts that it's not fullscreen is also annoying.

I have a certain amount of money in my account, let's say 400 local currency. When I open a regular slot, let's say Novomatic, it shows the same number in the slot, pretty straight forward.

But when I open a NetEnt slot my balance there is higher, let's say 550 local currency. I know why this happens, I made some wins, I played in some promotions and the winnings must be played with, before they appear as regular money. I think they should be played around 25 times.

Okay, but there is no indication to show progress and I don't know when I'm done. How do I know when the two values will be the same ?

You might say, okay check your active bonuses. Don't worry about that, yes I have only 1 active bonus but that is for 50 local currency, but the difference between my account balance and my NetEnt balance is way higher than 50, it's 150, so it's not about that active bonus. Also, that active bonus has 0 balance right now because of loss, so where is the progression for that 150 local currency difference ?
