Bit fucking cheeky mate an innocent person will shout from the rooftops if they are not getting fair answers to fair questions. You block players for breaking the rules without telling them the rules they have broken. 

You should be able to post a list of software that can't be used or how do players know if they are breaking said rules? 

If you can't post a list how do we know your site can detect if someone IS using them?

Should security on the site detect someone is using a 3rd party software as soon as the client is opened?

The guy in live chat asked me if Jurjoin is the same as table ninja, i do not know as never used it but presuming that TableNinja is one of the prohibited pieces of software?

You have said previously play at you own risk, doesn't fill me with confidence if players are getting their accounts blocked for no reason. Some of the people who have posted similar issues are not even using a hud.

Sorry PT4 my mistake. I think this is a bit wild tho because people play multiple sites, especially on a Sunday so i should imagine you have banned a lot of players for this? If this is the case Im sure it will put people off adding Unibet tournaments into their schedule.

Also dont understand why your security is only picking up on this now as had no issues for nearly a year?

Dont really know what you mean by false positives, but I dont want to run the risk of doing nothing wrong and getting banned further down the line and getting funds locked as per your T and Cs.

@ValueHeavyI just checked to see if you could use hot keys on unibet but dont think this is possible but i only use it for table sizing so i could be wrong

Logged in today to find my account locked - reason being I use a HUD while playing!!

So what customer services have told me is im breaking terms by using it - even tho it does not work - and that I can only play unibet if i dont have it running

keep disconnecting all mtts, obvs not effecting all players as ive gone from chip leader to 6th in one mtt blinded out of others without playing a hand, seems a little unfair the tournaments should be paused in situations like this to make it fair on all players
