I’m exactly the same mate emailed numerous times and am just told to wait. Not sure what’s going as they say security checks are being completed but they’ve had much time to do this.

Can somebody explain why my withdrawal is still on hold sent numerous emails and completed many live chats which tell me to just wait but it’s been so long now I don’t think it’s gonna get sorted. Can anyone help or is anyone in the same position? I can make deposits fine but this withdrawal is just on hold.
My withdrawal request has been waiting ages and I have been told to wait for emails but have had none. I need an update on what’s going on it’s been so long.
