Hi

I picked out 2 horses from one race and 2 horses from another race intending to cover them in 4 doubles but it only offered me 4 singles as an option

Is this general policy ?

The only thing I can think of is that they were both small field races so maybe there's a field size limit for multiple selections per race ?

There doesn't appear to be any indication that they recognise a problem ..... they never reply to any of these posts or put a comment up as to how they're tackling the problem

I'm fed up with it now ...... I'm just using another bookie until they fix it

I've still got no football fixtures showing

It's been quite a long time now

I'm still getting the blank grey screen like Purps

Surely this should be fixed rather than customers having to clear their cookies every day or couple of days?

Within 'Football' clicking on a sub-division and expecting a list of fixtures and odds ....... but just getting a blank grey screen

I've given up now .... as soon as I see the grey screen I just go to another bookie site and put my bets on there

I have this issue now and intermittently over the last couple of weeks

Football fixtures not coming up ....... racing looks ok

ps ....... tried 'clearing cache'

that seems to have worked !

Same here ..... but seemingly just on Football

Can't get any games up on screen, just a blank grey slab where the matches should be

Is it possible to check my current verification status ?

I sent documents in about 10 days ago since when I've had the message on the Verification Page

'We are checking your documents.......... We aim to verify your documents within 1-3 days'

That;s been there now for about 10 days

But I just tried placing a small bet to see if it was accepted ......... and it was !

So it looks like Verification may have been successfully concluded but I haven't been informed and the Verification Page has not been updated

Any chance that you could check my current status ?

thanks for the reply

If you read my opening post you'll see that my problem is that I can't upload photos of documents because I have no camera, no mobile phone, no scanner ......... and I don't have a driving license because I've never passed the test and in a couple of years time I won't have a passport because I don't intend to travel abroad again and won't be renewing my passport when it expires

I have now bought a digital camera which I haven't opened yet. ............ hopefully I'll figure out how it works and be able to photograph documents

In the meantime I'm waiting to see if the withdrawal of most of the money in my account goes through OK and assuming it does and there's the just 20 quid left in I'll just leave it for now. If I can photgraph documents then at some time I'll apply for the Verifiacation. If it's too much hassle I'll just write off the 20 quid and stop using the site.

And when this comes round again in a few years I won't have the documents anyway so I'll have nothing to upload

Oh well ....... in the absence of any response I'll give an update

For some reason I've just been able to access my account and withdraw most of the balance

I've left £20 in to keep the account open in case this verification thing gets sorted out and I'm able to use the account again......... in which case I'll pay more money back in

I've also bought a digital camera ........ to be frank I'm pretty old with poor eyesight and arthritic fingers so I'm not sure I'll be able to work the camera even if I figure out how to operate it . So in time I might be able to supply photos of my passport and utility bills

In the meantime I'll take a break from gambling or just go back to using the old fashioned Betting Shop

Anybody got any suggestions ?

After having a Stan James & Unibet account for some 10 years I've suddenly received a request to verify my account by uploading some documents

I do not have a driving licence.

I do have a passport which expires in a couple of years time and I didn't intend to renew it. 

I don't have any kind of ID Card because they're not compulsory in the UK

Main problem is that I have no means of uploading a copy ...... no scanner, no mobile phone

How do I get around this ?
