I’m 7 weeks into this process, so I wish you good luck. Most recently they needed more evidence that I could afford the limits I requested. It’s insane. I’ve had to send in Pay slips, bank statements, show deposits from one account to another. Still no updates after waiting another week after giving them more information. 
 

All of this AFTER they’ve already taken and let you use money on the site. Such bad practice. 

I have faith that @Jami-Unibetis trying to help as best as they can. I just hope I can leave a positive experience on here. So far it’s not looking good. I’m finding this whole process really inappropriate and unprofessional so far.

I’ve still had no help with this issue. Can you advise? I’m just asking for someone from the verification team to look at my documents so I can continue with the next step.

Asking for verification documents ONLY at the point of withdrawal is against their operating terms. 

Please advise as to why this was allowed to happen. And why my account is still frozen for verification 5 weeks after providing bank slips, ID, and Pay Slips etc.

Thanks @Jami-Unibethopefully I can get this sorted today, it’s really frustrating waiting for so long to get access to my own money. 

Hi @Jami-Unibetmy withdrawal has just been returned back to my account because it’s still not verified. If I make smaller withdrawals will this stop me having to wait all this time? It’s getting really frustrating.

I’m in a similar position, over 4 weeks with nothing but ‘thanks for your patience, keep waiting’ emails. Are you waiting for a withdrawal too?

I’m struggling with a similar issue. No helpful response as of yet on here or via email/chat. 

I just want the funds releasing so I can actually spend my own money. They took it out of my bank so fast, so over a month waiting to get it back is frustrating. I can’t help but feel like they’re making millions in interest by holding players money for so long after withdrawal too. I’ll give it a few more days to see if anyone actually helps. But I’m considering making similar steps to you with seeking help elsewhere. 

Anybody else having similar problems. I uploaded my documents immediately but haven’t received any updates regarding verification since. Chat and E-mails seems to be giving me the generic, ‘wait longer’ response. But it’s approaching 5 weeks since I submitted my documents. Reading online it’s looking like it might be even longer after the initial check too.

@Jami-Unibetcan you assist with this? I’m leaving the country in a few weeks so I need to get things sorted before then. I have a £13000 withdrawal waiting that I can’t access.
