    Same bro! Waiting process is approaching 9 weeks for me, RH94's post and update definitely shed some light into this issue. Unfortunately source of wealth documents takes longer than standard verification documents hence why we're waiting so long. I believe RH94's theory of small verification team makes sense, also the fact that right now is holiday season so I could imagine the process is naturally going to become slower.

    @Jami-Unibet was able to get my $16,500 transaction completed. I was scared cause I have won over 10,000 off Unibet, and I thought they were trying to take my money. But I think they just have a really small verification team, and they are trying to verify far too many accounts for pointless reasons. 

    Overall, it took about 9 weeks for me to receive my withdrawal, which is ridiculous, but at least you can know that they aren't trying to steal customers money. They're just very slow.

    We're on the same boat my friend, been also waiting since July. Not sure if you've seen another thread from another dude. He's still waiting since end of April so I don't think we'll be getting any updates and probably have to wait as long as him lol.

    Oh interesting, I've also submitted my documents around early July the same time as you and also waiting for an update. Let's hope ours will get reviewed asap.

    My gosh... And I thought mine was bad lol, I've been waiting since early July. From 30th April till 19th August is extremely long, you have the patience of a saint. Now I'm praying that mine doesn't go over 3 months like your case. 😞

    Just be sure that you don't make it longer with unnessesary posts, just provide what they ask and eventually you'll get your money.

    Many thanks for the lesson bro! I wish I read that info before depositing hoping for a quick buck to ease my finances which clearly wasn't a good idea. Thankfully no recent bills as of yet so I'm still barely just head above the water. From your experience on this community, what would you say is the average waiting time for verification on your guesstimate? I'm sure you have seen many threads like this for over a year or so. I'd love to hear it to help ease my emotions.

Usually I don't like having to make a forum account to accelerate account verification but it seems like we're on the same boat, after reading your thread and concerns it has made me feel so worried and tearful. Tearful of the fact that my balance can't be withdrawn and utility bills coming up which could put me in a financial stress. This sort of process has already made me missed out on Wimbledon event betting and I really hope they can solve mine just before the US open event later this month and also solving yours before the Malta event. Let's support each other on this together and eventually we'll finally see the light at the end of this dark account verification tunnel.

    So I've been a new member since last month and I've deposited quite a huge amount to try my luck with sports betting but I believe the huge deposit via PayPal must've triggered account verification, I've submitted all the documents required and I've been waiting for 4 weeks and still no update. I never had this issue with other betting operators and this is the first time I have to go through such a tedious process, for my balance to be sitting in my account unable to do anything like it's been taken hostage. I've just seen a few forum threads of the old and new members having this same issue and was surprised it took them an awful long time to sort out this kind of situation which makes me feel very anxious and stressful. I've tried phone call and live chat but I don't believe they're taking this case very seriously and I don't want to question the customer service nor file a complaint as of now. I kindly ask you (the support and service team) to please put my case as top priority and sort this situation as soon as possible.
