    Sorry to hear about that, I've just updated the main page with an official banner as well informing our players that there might be a slight delay. Our developers are already working to solve this and I've been re assured that the error shall be fixed shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience caused and do let us know if the withdrawal does not hit the account within the next couple of hours. We're more than happy to start tracing it from our end.

    I had a look at the promotion and found: "-ITV races on 19/6/2019, 20/6/2019 and 22/6/2019 are not eligible for the 15 to Go promotion. ", this being the reason that the Free Bet was not credited I'm afraid.

    What an amazing feedback @TonyZ, thank you for pointing that out, I honestly wasn't aware there was a discrepancy between the terms you see and the ones I do. As mentioned in your post as well, the terms onsite do specify that sports bets are taken into the consideration but putting        "(Except Racing)" there would definitely help clear things up from the get go. I've e-mailed the guys responsible with this and we'll do our best to get this info up there ASAP :)

    I see successful deposits made after your post here, can we close this as a resolved issue? If you are missing deposits we are happy to look into it, we would however need a bank statement from you showing the deposit made, the time and it's reference number in order to contact our providers with it. Let us know what's the status and we'll go from there.

    That's an odd one, I've checked on my test account now and I seem to be able to upload them. Deleting cookies and cache and trying another browser might do the trick in this case, but if you don't succeed, you can send them to contact@unibetcommunity.com and I'll add them to your profile manually.     I see that currently there is a document request in your account for an ID, based on that we should be able to change your birthrate. You can upload it directly into your account and our colleagues in security will have look at it.

    The expiration date was indeed written correctly and it expired the way the boost was always planned to.
    I'll try to explain this as best as I can but it's pretty down to earth as it is.
    9.6.2019, 00:00 is the first second after, 8.6.2019, 23:59, that is when every electronic calendar switches the date from one day to another. If it would end today before midnight it would be 9.6.2019, 23:59, and one second after that would be 10.06.2019 00:00. Hope this makes sense.

    Startup bonuses or Welcome Bonuses are offered at registration and from what I can see, yours happened quite a while ago.
    What I can't see is if you received a Welcome Bonus when you registered as it was before the implementation of the system we currently use, so we'll go out on a limb with this one :).     Our company's policy strictly prohibits players using accounts that are not their own, thus the difficulties when withdrawing. I see that most of the documents were already received however one Credit Card is still missing, the one ending in 3136. Could I please ask you to upload it in your account for verification. I'd also like to inform you that this is not a regular verification, meaning that it might take more time than expected and further document requests might occur shortly. It's not an impossible situation, but it is time consuming a tedious to some players that have made this mistake in the past. Just wanted you to know that we're here to help, but some cooperation and patience is required from your side as well :)

    Sorry about that @erk1sh, didn't mean to be cryptic with the message. When you log in to your account there will be a yellow bar on the top of the homepage, there you can upload a JPEG picture of your ID. Once that is approved, we will be able to delete the blocks. :)
