  1. I have still not heard from anyone this really is unacceptable now going into the 6th week there is obviously issues with the relevant department as so many people here are not being verified universal just holding on to peoples money

  2. Can someone please help I have been waiting for 5 weeks for my account to be verified I was only asked for verification when I requested a withdrawal my withdrawal has now been cancelled and my account frozen all documents requested to verify my account have been supplied! This is unacceptable I have contacted the CEO regarding this
