I rang customer services and they said they couldn’t help and I would receive an email about my bets but haven’t revived anything

If unibet has technical issues after you put a bet on it only returns the stakes on the bets that win

On Wednesday I put 2 £15 wins on two horses .The bets were taken so I watched them both win.When I tried to log into my account to see my balance the site had technical issues.When I logged in the next day my bets had been cancelled and my stake returned .This cannot be right as my bets were both accepted.How can unibet cancel my bets after they had won due to technical issues.I had some losing bets earlier the same day which and didn’t get my stake returned on them. I will never use this site again
