It's now been 10 days now since I initiated the withdrawal. Please find a way to send me the money.

I am in Canada and initiated a withdrawal by Interac e-transfer. For some reason it didn't work. Like many Canadians I have sent and received hundreds of Interac e-transfers. It has never just not worked.
I have tried to speak with support numerous times to try to resolve this, and each time they insisted that they have contacted Interac to try to sort it out. Interac is a payment network! Unibet does not have any relationship with Interac! Interact does not provide that sort of support and they won't be able to do anything. That's like saying they "contacted EFT" about an EFT.
There are two possibilities: either the people I'm speaking to are incompetent or they're purposely trying to obstruct my withdraw.
Of note - I only made one bet with Unibet and withdrew my winnings plus the original amount deposited and a bonus. And now this happens?

@Jami-UnibetWhen wrote that you'd ask the "payments team" for an update I assumed you would share that update with me. Can you please tell me what's going on. This is unacceptable.
