Hi - I had a 50€ Unibet Live ticket left over after missing the satties for Malta. I remember this ticket being valued for three or six months? For some reason I decided to exchange this last week for 5x10 tickets. I log in today and these tickets are now expiring in three days. Of course I wouldn't have done that had I known. Can you please extend these tickets?

The client tells me I have some challenge points. What are these points. What can I do with them. It seems they aren't the same as bonus points which I can spend in the shop.

I have had a look around and I an none the wise about the challenge points.

Is there really only one 250 satellite each week on a Sunday?

I won a ticket and I now have to wait 6 days to use it?

It is your biggest tourney on the site ever basically, surely you have to be running more satellites than this to get more people qualified?

That ten minutes is such a weird thing to make a decision on in my opinion. The rake for a comparable tourney such as Grosvenor 25/25 is 5 quid higher, plus they also take money out of the prizepool for leaderboards which a casual player has no chance of winning and they also pay out overlays with vouchers. The Genting GPS tournies also have 25 quid rake and the seats are part of the prize pool wheras Unibet UK Tour are added. Both are fine tournies of course if there is one in your area, but I just think Unibet is better.

Is that extra ten minutes per level on day one worth it for the extra rake? I guess you as a player can decide. For me if I was regularly playing these buy ins then the Unibet ones would be first on my list!

Thanks Metalwolf! Obviously I am biased but I enjoyed the tournament a lot. Was my second ever UK tour and I think the only change I would make is to have entry open a little bit longer on each day 1. Maybe another two levels. Just to give people a chance to fire a second bullet and boost the prizepool.

What is fantastic is that the rake was 10% with no extra money taken out and there was even extra money added. Compared to other operators this is great and should be noted.

What is wrong with the structure of the tourney? Seemed pretty perfect for a 200 quid 2 day comp.

One month to the tournament and still it isn't announced where it is. Or what the schedule is. I really want to go but I would like to know these details before I book my travel and arrange things and it is getting kind of late to do that now - I don't know whether to arrive Weds or Thursday or which part of Paris the tournament is, so I can look at accomodation.  Please help!

Hello - I will not be going to UK Tour in Brighton as I can't make it. I have two seats and I would like to take them to play in Manchester. I can't remember if I already informed support. I don't think I did. So doing it here to make sure!

So you will be running seat only qualifiers for Paris every Wednesday up to the event in December? Excellent news for people who prefer to book their own accomodation if that is the case!

oh OK - I wouldn't have played more sats had I known, but no worries - So to confirm, if I use the seat in Manchester and play 1b and either get through or bust after reg ends and I can't use the second seat, I will be able to save the second seat for the tour in 2020? Thanks

I won a UK Tour package because I wanted to play in Manchester and Brighton. These seem to be the latter dates of the tour. No probs of course, but I read that I have to opt out each time of the next stop to keep my seat for a future one, how do I do that?

Second I still have a couple of UK tour Saturday 50 eur satty tickets left. I see in the client the satellite is labelled Unibet UK Tour Milton Keynes. If I play and win can I keep the package as previously or am I forced to play MK?

Can someone tell me will there be the option to take the hotel Wednesday-Sunday for Unibet London as there was on previous occasions? Secondly will there be a DSO taking place on Wednesday/Thursday like there was in Dublin? I have no idea if I should arrive Wednesday or Thursday and what time I should get there - can anyone give me a bit of guidance so I can book a flight?

Just won a Unibet UK Tour package running it up from four euros - woo!

I think I can't make it to Brighton and it is also really annoying to get to from the north. Is my only other option Manchester in December? Will there be any more stops? Could I use the €500 package for a seat only at DSO or Belgian Poker Championship if I kick in an extra 50 euros from my account?
