    @Jami-Unibet the saga continues..Now after you said the documents look fine, I was now advised to send in a PDF of my bank statement and a PDF of my Gas bill as proof of address even so nothing was rejected or the new docs I uploaded.. not sure what to say anymore as everytime there is something new.. anyhow I provided the 2 documents to Keanen in the live chat and he told me he passed them on and speed up the process. Can you please check as well as I don’t know what to believe anymore as every time there is something new, really really frustrating! Thanks Jami

    The reason the ID was rejected is that it's not valid (as in acceptable type on our documents), the quality looks fine to me. And the proof of address was not approved as it's a screenshot isntead of a PDF or a picture of a paper sent to home. The ones you've sent in now look good to me, I'll try and get them to check them right away.

    @Jami-Unibet I just got an email and 3 out of my 4 documents are rejected! I honestly I can’t believe it! Reason being the quality is bad? It’s a pure lie as it was a Screenshot from the online account and also the driver license was a clear picture. I am starting to lose it! I reuploaded my documents now. I took clear pictures with all 4 corners and used my passport instead of driver license. I am not going to wait another week, I want someone to take a look ASAP now. First day I uploaded the picture one of the customer care people said the documents look fine and now that, unbelievable..

    @Avatar01 thanks for the re-assurance. Just strange as I honestly don’t know any other casino where it take that long.. and i played in a few over the years. I put all my Hope now into @Jami-Unibet to get me sorted😉 no pressure Jami, you can make thinks right here now 🙂

  7. Looks like I am in the same boat as quite a few others here.. not a great start for a new joiner! My verification is now pending since 6days. My whole gambling career the max I had to wait to be verified was 24hours. I am amazed that a company that size of Unibet and being part of the Kindred  group (one of the biggest player in the gambling sector) is allowing such long waiting time. On top of that, the Customer Service per chat is friendly but useless.. „it’s in the queue“ that’s all they say and can do. Especially with having a withdrawal pending, it all creates the illusion you are trying to stall any withdrawals! That’s not how it works guys, you make multimillon $ of profit each quarter from our losses, so bloody pay the small winnings when we get lucky for once!  If anyone from unibet reads this, I appreciate any help in getting my verification pushed and my withdrawal paid!
