Thanks Jeppe, whatever you did appears to have worked, as I just recieved an email saying the withdrawal has left my account.

I made a withdrawal a week ago today and it told me everything was fine and it'd be in my account in 1-3 days. Still nothing in my account today so I checked on my Unibet Account and it says that my withdrawal is on hold, along with this message -
We usually send an email with all the details we require to unblock your withdrawal. If you still haven’t receive it, please contact us and we’ll help you.
I haven't received any emails asking me for information, and have previously supplied all the documentation and made withdrawals in the past without a problem. These days there is really no excuse for a withdrawal to take more than a few days, and all the other sites I use for poker are within this timescale. Live chat wasn't much help and just told me to wait, but after reading the topic below about somebody waiting a year for a withdrawl, I'd really like this looked into and at least give me some information about what is holding up the process.
