Lifting this old thread wanting to ask couple of things about Casinohuone; I thought this would be appropriate given that both Unibet and Casinohuone are Kindred.

How many of you (Finnish guys) have an account on Casinohuone?

I created my account last Sunday. The first email I received from them was that my account has been frozen (due to some routine inspections or because my account has not yet been verified). However, I verified my account via my personal online banking codes and Casinohuone My Account page states that my account is verified and all the necessary documentation has been provided. But when I, for instance, try to deposit money on the site it informs that my account needs to be verified.

So I contacted the Casinohuone customer service and their explanation was that their system had automatically blocked my account and that they will look into it. It has gone two days now and I have received no further information yet and my account is obviously still frozen. Has anyone here faced similar situation? 

I will probably be writing to Casinohuone customer service again today if their reply carries (some of my welcome bonuses and “Kesakaravaanarit-promotion” are expiring due to the fact that I can’t do anything there).

Does anyone have knowledge whether Unibet will offer free bets to next UCL matches (i.e., HJK vs. Malmo) on Wednesday to us fans of Finnish football?

There is this thread from 2016 that advocates birthday promotions (for example a some kind of bonus pinata containing random bonus(es) appearing when logging-in in your birthday) for Unibet Community members. I think this would be a good idea. I don’t know if anything towards this end has been implemented since. Could this be somehow integrated as a part of the new Community 2.0? Hurry up guys, my birthday is next week 🤑😉.

Another suggestion for Community 2.0 is to add subheaders for every major header. For instance, Betting and Sports could have sports-specific subheaders/subsections (i.e., Tennis, Football, Basketball etc.) and complementing these a General subheader etc. Similarly Poker-area could be further subsectioned according by game/tournament types, perhaps by specific tournament names also. What do you guys think? Would this make our forum/community more user-friendly (i.e., more easier to find what one is looking for), or conversely, more confusing?

Returning to the original topic: I use Unibet mainly with my iPad and Safari browser; haven’t installed Unibet app. As I already mentioned elsewhere, the Sportsbook not working -issue has become familiar to me too - more so recently. If I’m not totally mistaken it seems that many times after logging in the Unibet page the Sportbook page does not work at all or properly. But when I stay longer logged-in it suddenly starts working. Like now, for instance, when I first logged in the Sportsbook page did not show anything but while I have been navigating few topics here in Unibet Community and went back to Sportsbook page everything works. This is kind of strange 🤔

Will have to look if any good auto-refreshers for Safari from app store comes along. As you mentioned Purps the “manual override” on sportbook page by clicking something works too.

Actually experiencing this right now (no sports visible)…

I also have this issue somewhat occasionally when using Safari browser with my iPad. Sometimes works just fine, sometimes not. Haven’t cleared any browsing history or such, so this seems irrelevant at least in iPad Safari browser; maybe relevant with Windows Chrome/Firefox/Edge browsers though. 

P.S. While opening the Unibet poker on Safari browser I have recently experienced automatic log-outs in the middle of tournament plays. The system somehow misinterprets me as inactive although playing poker. This is frustrating when playing poker. Happened once or twice yesterday while playing the Euro team-collector 10,000€ tournament.

Just a follow-up question:
 

Are these country-specific legislations and restrictions tournament specific? I would assume so since, for example, Roland Garros streamed to Finland via Unibet just fine.
 

(Just now pondering if I should take Eurosport Player for a month or a two to watch remaining Wimbledon matches and perhaps the Olympics too. The Finnish Broadcasting Radio YLE generally has had quite good coverage of the Olympics though.)

Are the players chosen randomly or are there some specific criteria for having access (tickets) to these exclusive freeroll tournaments?

There have been no tv icons available for me (I’m from Finland). So I guess there is some country-spsific legislation issue here; probably no Wimbledon streams then ☹️
