Either they have employed a really bad coder for their site or like you are thinking, they don't want anyone to benefit from the bonuses. Again I had no active bonus showing, click on the latest bonus just to get:

I've tried 4 different browsers and all are the same - no sports come up. It's most definitely not the cookies/cache that are the problem so it has to be an internal problem which I hope they have found and are trying to fix.

there is still one active bonus hidden on my account which is stopping me from using any other bonuses. It looks to be number 2382018. Could you actually remove or cancel the bonus.

One of the bonuses that appears to be "ghosted" is number 2382018. I know its there but I can't see it or cancel it. There is another but until this one is removed I have no way of knowing what the other one is.

One was a message on the site itself - deposit £10 and get a 50% uniboost. I also had an email offer for 50 free spins on Scudamore's Super Stakes but when I followed it through there were no free spins there. I just assumed I didn't qualify so didn't take it any further.
I just checked on Scudamore's Super Stakes and there are no free spins shown.
Do you think you'd be able to unstick my account.

Hi I have received several messages offering bonuses but I have been unable to accept any of them as my account shows on the menu there are active bonuses but when I go to my active bonuses there are none there. Could you please update my account so that I can use the bonuses thanks. Image attached.

I've had this problem for the last few days. The solutions seem to be to login to the site on anything other than Chrome or to just login to the community forums on Chrome then just click the home link. Seems to bypass the captcha.
