I already tried that and couldn't get it to work. I've used Brave, Opera and Firefox. Just tried again with Chrome and it seems to be working. Not had problems placing bets with the other browsers but seems to be glitchy with help for some reason.

Hi, I have just started the In-Play Free Bet Club and have placed 5 in-play bets of £10 at odds of 2.0 + but have not received my £10 free bet yet. I have checked and I am definitely opted in to the promotion. 

I have tried going through 'help' but the links don't work and I can't even get to the 'chat' or 'email' selection. I can't find an email address anywhere to contact support directly. 

I would like to continue with the club but don't want to place any more bets until this issue is sorted out. Can someone help me please?
