I would like to add another angle to the constant verification problems.
Yes, it is rather inconvenient to wait weeks for verification (I am on day 12 now)...
...but it is borderline fraudulent to lock users while their bonuses are expiring. I have literally no way to satisfy the bonus requirements, which was the reason for my deposit in the first place. At the very least, the countdown for the bonus should be frozen while the account is blocked from playing.
