So you will only get the boost but not the points from the carry over q2, which would mean that you reach a higher target this quarter more easily? You start at 0pts regardless?

I played quite long days to reach my next challenge step and I would have easily reached it, but because of the unexpected  maintenance  I wont reach it now. I even checked the forum and it was mentioned by the admins that the change will be at 00:00 utc. Could you please credit me my next step as this is out my hand?

I have a question regarding the carry over for bonuspoints the next month. I will likely reach the next step just in time so my question is, if the bonus points earned need to be redeemed this month ( for hexapro games or others) or will transfered and can be used in Juli as well? Thank you

Quite frequently when I look through my tournaments played Tab ( mainly hexapro played) I encounter this: Poker - Tournament de-register 10€

Could someone explain to me when this happens? It doesnt seem to be when you register for an hexapro and than decide to deregister yourself or? It seems like something else.

So far I don´t really understand it all.  If I were to rake 32,105€ in a quarter ( having done the same the quarter before), I would receive 13,718€ in total rakeback. This would be all, right? The 18% are not additional, they are some type of baseline, correct? I would receive these 13,718€ in the form of steps reached within the quarter and not at the end of the quarter as a total? So this would mean high volume players are worse of than before or? Thank your for the help :-)

Hey so far I really like the update :-)

Only one thing the challenge points dont seem to update right now. Is this a known problem?

One thing I really would wish for in future update is an option to regulate the overall sound volume. Sometimes I like to listen  to music while playing and also having the sound  on but then the sound is far too loud or the music too quitly
