    Hi there, been looking for over a half an hour for the custumer service but didnt found it.. I was gambling with 20€ and suddenly my game was stuck.. Waited over 15minutes, then refreshed the page but got blackscreen in the sweet bonanza game.. since i had 5 or spins left I am asking myself what happend? I've been playing this game several months but never experienced this kind of things.. hoping to get an refund of my 20€ or atleast a decent explanation.. Sincerely Kenneth.
