To whom it may concern,

I placed a bet on horse today with my freebet, it subseqently turned into a non runner and the free bet hasnt been returned to my account.

Where as i had a acca with the same horse involved and i got returns from that bet witht the withdrawn horse.

Could someone credit my account with the value off free bet that i am missing please
