I have an incorrect bet settlement.  I bet Varsho over  0.5 stolen bases.  He stole 2nd base bottom of the 8th inning after he was walked. This was the Detroit @ Toronto baseball game.

I can't find it.  There's no Gonzo anything.  I searched every single game with Gold in it.  If I search Gonzo's Gold nothing comes up at all.

This is extremely aggravating.  Maybe Gonzo's Gold isn't available to customers in Canada? 

I took the time to look at every single game available.  This is ridiculous 😂.

Can someone say where this game is?  The picture above isn't helpful but I appreciate the response.  I can see from the picture there's more than just one Gonzo game but for me there's none 😞.

One of the players on my parlay was voided as non-starter.  This is somehow a mistake.

Tony DeAngelo started and did score the point.  Possibly this happened as right above him I had Charlie McAvoy to score a point and then McAvoy tested positive for COVID-19.  McAvoy did not play.  He was legitimately a non-starter but DeAngelo played and scored the point.

It's only a small bet but it's the principal of the thing.

Please address this.  Especially if Kaprizov scores for Minnesota in a little while.

This has been the case after multiple attempts.  Same thing when I tried with my phone as well.

 I've just received a email asking me to mark this as a solution.  What!!!

  I ended up contacting live chat after the site started recognizing me as being from some country (can't remember which) that wouldn't let me login from.  While I was trying to figure that out I then proceeded to get my account frozen (my fault for having my caps lock on -haha).

  I was assured the free bet would be given Monday. Of course this was very unsatisfactory and not at all what the promo promises, I took it for what it was.  I was happy to have access to my account again.

   Monday came and wepnt and no free bet.  

 Now you're going to send me emails asking me to "accept a solution"???  What!!!

  There hasn't been one and I gave up!

 Hi, guys. Sorry to have to bring this up again: October 8th at 6:25:07 PM I placed my $10 pre-match bet and have not received my $5 free in-play bet for this Sunday.

 I hope that this will be seen and corrected as smoothly and quickly as you have done last time. 

 Also, aren't tickets for Betting Freeroll tournament's given out for $10 sports bets? I think you may have missed 1 or 2 of those as well... although my main concern is the $5 free bet.  Thanks Unibet and moderators!

(I really appreciate how Unibet corrects errors and oversights, but I what I truly wish is that they would not happen after the first time. Don't get me wrong,  Unibet to me is one of the top sites for a fair  poker experience and  one of the best sports books, but I am sorry to say that too many times I've been made to feel like a bother and a complainer.  I played sit n go 19th, 20th, and 21st. I was only acknowledged for one. This is a real bummer for a couple reasons.  I'm eager to accomplish part 5 before the end of the month, and if cashing two MTTs in consecutive days will be expected again then the more time to do so the better (this task is daunting for me).

You guys have been very fair to me in the past and I'm sorry this keeps happening to me, but can someone please look into this???   All the evidence is plain to see under my history.

 I'm sorry, I don't know why this keeps happening to me. This time it's that I have played my sit n go 3 days in a row and have only been acknowledged for 1.  

  It can be plainly seen in my sit n go history that I played on the 19th, 20th and just finished playing my 3rd with the last hand being 15:21:37 today the 21st.  

  This is kinda a bummer ☹️ cuz I know that I have completed the August mission part 4 and was and is really looking forward to the spins on the 'let's get ready to rumble' game.

  You guys have been nothing more than great thus far, and I'm not happy having to keep bringing these negative experiences to your attention. But I am confident you will quickly look into this for me and once again fix this issue.  Please.
