Okay I understand. I'm still sick to my stomach though and gonna withdraw most of my funds, so I don't feel like I lost 400.
Maybe when spinning 50+ there should be some kind of message or something also. But whatever, I'm not touching a slot again, this is just too much of a bad beat for me.

I understand this would be not done normally, but I have been playing on Unibet for at least 7 years. So for the following thing I'm basically asking for an act of kindness as a loyal and honest customer.

I usually play poker on Unibet, but since like march or something I've discovered some fun slots and I spin for about 20 cents, sometimes up to 1 or 2 euro's rarely and once like a minute for €10. So in my billion spins I've done so far it's like 99% 20c, 0.9999% 1-2euro, and 0.0001% 10euro. Now what I sometimes like to do is play new slot games with free money or the dog house with like €100 free money spins. U get 100k and then I see where it takes me. 

Today I wanted to spin some Doghouse €100 on freemoney. I have done this a lot so I immidiately go to the "+" until it reaches €100, go to autospin turbo and let it go. Only this time I was so stupid not to click on the freemoney slider! So "luckily" after 4 spins I see the balance on the left bottom super low, and I'm like holy sh*t this is my own balance. I click stop and took a screenshot. I was not on tilt or anything, in my history you can see I was just playing some tourney's and I was up for the day. I immidiately went to the helpdesk and asked if they could refund me, but they couldn't do anything.

So I'm basically begging for a higher up who has the power to refund the four spins and trust me it's an honest mistake. I've been a customer for many years, if you go through my record you can see I rake weekly (I'm Belgian so I don't have rakeback) and will play a lot more in the future to come. €400 is a lot of poker for my stakes and I am sick to my stomach by the mistake I made. It would mean the world to me if the 4 spins would be refunded.

I don't think I expressed myself correctly. I mean it was unlucky for me I ran bad on the final table with the high bounties on everyone's head and the payjumps being higher than a normal bounty. So good payouts when u move up and of course the bounties. I liked the tourney.

Ran really good most of the time, but final table was a total rip. Too bad with all the high bounties and payjumps. GG :d

Can we at least have the avatars when the month is over? Not that it's that important, but it's not a form of rakeback giving avatars.

Your thinking is flawed. I was discussing 4nl play, you are discussing like this hand was played on a 50nl stars table.

How calling an open shove from a maniac would be negative ev just shows how wrongly you approach these stakes.

Don't get me wrong, the fact you over analyse this play proves you are by no doubt a profitable player. But if you wanna win 8bb/100 on 4nl or 15+ depends on how nitty you are in these kind of situations. I will snap call that guy with AJ+ and 77+ like there is no tomorrow. If a guy wakes up with a better hand after me is just variance.

Good to know there are still nits like you who would fold tens in that situation. I gladly take the crumbs.

"tight reg", like a tight reg matters on 4nl when u have a maniac that shoves and u get tens, it's unlucky for him you get dealt the world

or are you going to fold AJ+ 77+ etc? then you're just a bad nitreg 

these 4nl analyses are the reason some of you are forever doomed in those stakes, even on unibet
either you deposit enough so you are rolled for 25nl or you change your mentality and go with the 4nl-flow

I'm a long time recreational cash player (usually play holidays) since 2008, started some MTT's 2 to 3 months ago. I usually avoid them because I know how swingy they can be, but the fields are not that big on Uni and the players are, in my opinion, not that hard when it gets to the later stages when u basically play for 100NL+ poker. 

While typing I just binked another one. This one took long though, about an hour final table and an hour extra heads up. Shout out to Axl.

Before this one I asked my results and currently on a 50% (with this one higher) ROI with 123 mtts. I hope I can sustain 25% with variance added, that would be cool with the summer coming up. I'm Belgian so I don't have any sort of rakeback, so goodrun is welcome :D
