Just refund the money to my card. 

I understand how poker bonus's work. I get no bonus with Unibet. They expire my bonus then try to make me go play slots.

Now they can't refund my money, making me dispute it with visa, want all this paperwork.

@unibet you are a scammer, I am going to dispute the charge, your making things more difficult for me again, and hopefully visa will no longer work with you as you guys are clearly scammig.

Come on, just refund the money, you don't need all this stuff. Stop being an angle shooter. I am never ever putting money on an online site agian, Unibet is the worst by far, I hate this company with a passion.

I can't double it at all, I can lose it playing slots if I wanted too. 

I will get a refund as I will dispute it, and I have the evidence required to get a refund. I just hope Unibet just refunds my card before it comes down to that. 

Notice how my account is 100$ still, I havn't touched the money, I just want my money refunded to my card please. 

I'm thinking about it, and this is a scam, you can't have titles saying 100% deposit bonus 100$ and then not have the bonus be for poker. 

Like if your going to do that at least offer refunds.

It's a scam @unibet, not only do you owe me my 100$ back, you technically owe me another 100$. This is deception at it's finest.

And then to try and deny me a refund...

Wanted to play on Unibet with it's 2% rake so bad, but spend 3 hours today with this drama, then 2 months trying to get verified. I am so mad right now. This is so ridiculous. 

People might think I'm a troll, and sometimes I do troll.

But I have never once in my life had to request a refund from my bank Unibet, not 1 time. I am 28, I buy lots of things online, not once have I had to call my bank and escalate the call in this manor. 

I don't even recall a time I asked for a refund period. This is so frustrating, I just wanted to play some poker. 

I just want my money back, I havn't touched the money, I don't understand why a refund cannot just immediately be done. I was under the impression I would get 100% deposit bonus on up to 100$ for poker, I don't play slots. 

The least Unibet can do is refund my money to my card, I don't wanna deal with Unibets drama anymore. I am to stressed out by Unibet to even think about gambling. I don't want to ever think about Unibet again.

Please Unibet, just do the right thing, refund my 100$, and then I will close my account, and you never have to hear from me again.

It's a shame, I play on all these sites, nice and easy, withdraw my money easily too, can start playing within minutes, Unibet though makes me wait 2 months, decieves me, angleshoots me out of deposit bonus's, reapplys new bonus's that don't apply to me, make me call my bank like 4x, send in multiple photo's. 

I've never even commented on a forum for any poker room either, this is the first one.

Beyond frustrated, wanted to play a few hands, can't do it. Just endless frustration with Unibet. Still haven't played a single hand, and just wasted all the time, to spend more time, to get my 100$ refunded.

I have never had to call my bank before to dispute a payment, but there is a first for everything.

This is ridiculous, I put 100$ USD on the site, agent said I get 100% bonus, I'm like okay cool great, (nope only for slots), its like wow dude, I don't play slots okay. 

So anyways I go just give me my money back.

And customer services wants to just steal my money and force me to play 100$ of action to withdraw it.

This is turning into a scam. This is the most decieved I have ever been online. I am calling my bank right now. 

Okay I talked to another agent after I was about to close the account. This agent reinitiated the bonus for me so I can use it and resolved my issue.

Very happy I am going to get to try Unibet out after all lol. Maybe the other person I was talking to was new or something idk. 

That's exaclty what I'm doing, I don't have time for Unibet to waste 2 months of my life to verify my account to not pay my first deposit bonus. 

I wanna give my action to Unibet but obviously they don't feel like treating new customers fairly so I'm not playing on this site. Was trying to deposit money, not anymore. 

This is the most ridicuous thing I have ever seen, my bank even flagged Unibet as a fraudulent transaction, I call them, I go no it was an authentic transaction by me, they go okay np, you might have to make the payment again.

So I talk with customer support, and basically they tell me, that I don't get a deposit bonus because it expired (whatever that means), and now I get angle shooted out of my first deposit bonus.

Wow. I'm not playing on this site if it's gonna be like this. Like who angle shoots new customers out of there first deposit bonus. Nobody else does this. 

It's all starting to make sense now, the first verification request was rejected, so that my first deposit bonus would expire, and Unibet gets to angle shoot me out of a small amount of money. 

Glad to see Unibet did the right thing here. Makes me feel good about putting money on the site seeing this thread. 

The best is when you get AA and you 4 bet, they fold, then next hand you get AA again, and you just jam all in, and some guy calls you with J10 suited for some reason from the small blind.

I want to clarify FPDB was only used on PokerStars not Unibet, I haven't even made my first deposit yet, so I'm pretty sure I havn't broken any rules lol. 

We need to get Unibet to host heads up tables and promote our grudge match. We could maybe open for Negreneu vs Polk.

Anyone know of any free HUD's that work with unibet? I was trying to configure FPDB but can only get the charts to work (was using it on PokerStars havn't tried it on Unibet). My other HUD I was using isbet.

If anyone doesn't mind sharing some free software, I would really reallly appreciate it.
