  1. Thats exactly what i think. I just dont get why 2 weeks i am getting misleading answers via live chat support and here on the official forum from Unibet reps....
    Unfortunatelly live chat support cant do anything. I contacted them twice and got answer, that they will send email.....and after couple of days, they just said "it looks Skrill rejcted your withdrawals".....

  2. I am sad, that there is no reaction to my original thread (link), and the problem is still not solved and all the info i received so far (also via emails) from Unibet reps was not consistent and at the end mistaken.

    I have contacted Skrill and they replied:
    "Please note that all your transactions from Unibet have been successfully processed on our end and our records do not indicate that we have rejected any payments."

    Please, can somebody finally resolve the problem?

  3. I am sorry, i havent received any results from you yet (I asked Hexa pro results from 7th Septmber 2020 until now ).


    Maybe i am missing something, but i just cant get one thing. Before couple of months ago, i could see and load my reuslt directly from my account history and btw at that time upon request i could get results from you within 1-2 days. Now i CANT get result from account history anymore (no more detail info as you provided before, just very short info which amount i paid which is pretty much useless for some basic tracking results from sit and go tournaments) and result upon request we have have to wait 2 weeks..

    Is there any reason for this? Wouldnt be better just to have it as before, and you dont have extra job sending results by email manually?

     

     

  4. (ReCorph) I have contacted live chat support, and they told me by provider you mean Trustly. So the question is how i can get provided the reason from them why my (better said your) request has been canceled? ....If i understand correctly, that is YOUR provider who provides payement service between Unibet and Skrill.....so any dealing with them is for sure out of my range, so your info in last message to me sounds confusing....

    5 days i am trying to withdraw but all my requests have been canceled without any response. I contacted live chat support and they told me they will let me know whats going on ASAP via email. That hasnt happened.
    9 months ago, i had the same issue - canceling my withdrawal requests, then i contacted support, hours of checking, then got blocked my account for 14 days with no communication. Then i got the account unblocked after many repeated requests to check my situation...., very strange dealing.
    I am sure you made a huge improvement in communication and dealing the issues and hopefully this is not going to be repeated.

    I understand repeated security checks - I am always ready to verify any documents and also i dont mind delay with the withdrawal. All i ask is proper communication and not blocking account for weeks (by blocking account you ruin player's affort to have some achievements, pace on to get bonuses...).

    it is not happenning for any reason from what you say in your FAQ. I use Skrill and never had any problem.

    • You requested a withdrawal following a deposit, without first playing.
    • You requested a withdrawal to a method not used to deposit.
    • The withdrawal method is not registered in your name.
    • You have a pending verification request - check your Verify Account page.

    I have contacted live chat and they inform me, that they will solve the issue with "developer" and let me know via email. So far i have no reply and still having cancelled my withdrawals.

  7. Account frozen for 10 days already, no change, no communication - thats called "routine checks". Does your security team have any responsibility for acting for so long without having any result? There is no supervisor at all?

    Of course, your investigation (or whatever is truly is) takes forever if there is nothing to investigate.

Let me suggest this, if one of your member of security team who took care of my case has very hard times and struggling with the quick ROUTINE checks, please disable my withdrawls and cashouts on my account but let me continue to play. You can take your time (several months) to perform all checks to finally find out nothing is against rules and all given information are true, and then allow cashout, i accept it.

    Otherwise the dealing of this situation seems to be highly incompetent.

    This case wasn't even initiated by cashout...so why you cant perform your ROUTINE checks without disabling somebody's account????

    my account has been frozen for last 5 days already for no given reason. My account is fully verified (ID, bank, address) and i already made cashout in past.
    All explanation i got is to be patient with some ongoing routine checks. What kind of "routine checks" can take 5 days+? If its 5 days, it can turn to be month, year?
