    I was playing a NLHE cash game when "connection issues" timed me out.

    Closed the client, checked my internet, all fine and tried to log in.

    Now I just get the error "Unable to identify your location" and I can't access my account from both the desktop and the mobile app...

    What's causing this? How can I prevent this from happening in the future? If money was lost during this time-out, do I get it refunded?
